It was a little windy out tonight, but it was actually better that way. It helped clear my head, and made it easier for me to think. Plus it wasn’t biting cold, which is always nice.
If ever you need to clear your head, take a long walk. Cliche maybe, but there is a reason it’s the go-to cure for a troubled mind. Try it out in the evening too: I think there’s something more magical and satisfying to walking at sunset than just a random stroll during the day. You feel more at peace, with the world, with your thoughts, and especially with yourself.
Find a great path, walk for however long you want, don’t let anyone bother you. Then stop for a minute, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the sunset. It’s magnificently soothing, especially if you’re looking for some time to yourself.
Plus if you time it right, you can get some really great photos.
