If all you have to do is sign up for some (truly helpful) email updates to get a full weeks worth of free workouts.. you do it. I got Kayla’s free week of circuit training ages ago, and now that I have full mobility of my ankle I had to try it out ! Kayla is of course HUGE in the fitness world: I think we’re around the same age, but already she has created a massive name for herself and her training style all over the world.
Of course, we have very similar training styles–much to my pleasure–so her guides are pretty much a perfect fit for me. And yes, this one was a killer (I hate leg day lol). But it got me to thinking, a whole week of workouts planned and created just for me was such a wonderful gift, I have to do the same for my fitties ! So I’m working on an entire weeks worth of workouts just for you. In my free download, I got 3 days of high intensity circuits which is advisable considering the amount of effort–and therefore rest–they require. Buuut I’m thinking I’ll throw in another day’s worth just for funsies 🙂 I’m thinking about doing this for two separate weeks, that way you’ll all be able to have both at your disposal, and can switch them out to make a whole month’s worth of workouts ! Amazing how these things just snowball right.
Anyway, you’ll have to stay tuned for them. My blogging has been so inconsistent lately and I know this. I do have other projects that really demand my focus and time, and I want to thank you so much for your continued support and patience. I’ll have those posts put together soon ! Now give yourself a nice ass kicking and do this workout !
**Set a timer for 7min. Repeat each circuit as many times as you can before time runs out ! When you finish both circuits, repeat your timer for a full 28 min workout.
